Alkaline88 21-Day Challenge
-
Are you ready to feel and look better? Now is the perfect time to kick off a brand new challenge to help you get on your way to your healthiest self yet.
For this challenge, we are going to ask you to, at the very least, drink Alkaline88 for 21 days. A general rule of thumb is to drink 1/2 your weight in ounces a day and drink more water if you're exercising. But if you're up for the entire challenge, follow the meals and exercise plan as well.
Each day choose one of the below for breakfast. You can mix and match things, as long as they are in the same range of alkalinity on the Food and Beverage Alkaline Chart. Also, refer to spice list to enhance any meal's flavor ... use as much as you'd like.
BREAKFAST
